Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Calendar" to sign your swimmer up for a swim meet + sign up for a job.
Swimmer Signup
It's important you declare your swimmer(s) availability no later than the WED. prior to a meet. To declare your swimmer(s) meet attendance:
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- (undeclared)
- Attending
- Not Attending
- Click Save to record your choices.
Job Signup *Jobs will open on Monday the week of each meet.
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for a volunteer shift.
- Families are expected to work four shifts this season.
- Click Save Assignments.
